Bitton Mill – Linden Homes
We are very pleased to announce that we have secured Bitton Mill, a development of 113 new homes for Linden Homes. The site in Bitton, placed ideally between Bristol and Bath is situated around a 18th century brass mill established in 1761 which was still in use right up until 2006.
The brownfield site is being redeveloped in a sympathetic manner, taking into account the historic nature of the site and the village location. The site is situated on the river Boyd, in a location which gives residents the community and views of a rural village while offering the amenities of the larger towns and cities (Bath, Bristol and Keynesham)
