Social Housing – Bristol City Council

Cook & Harris have been working on the Bristol City Council refurbishments contract with Lovell partnerships following several extensions following the initial contract of 5 years.

We undertake plumbing and gas works associated with a sequenced replacement of kitchens in the county councils properties. This incorporates:

• Gas alterations, safety tests and landlords certification.
• Domestic services plumbing for the new kitchens
• Minor alterations to heating systems to facilitate kitchen replacments

The works are undertaken in occupied properties with the utmost care and respect for the residents and we are happy to have given years of issue free service on the contract.
